LOBBY / FOYER / VESTIBULE

Daily

• ·          Empty and wipe trash receptacles.

• ·          Vacuum carpeted floor mats.

• ·          Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors.

• ·          Clean and polish drinking fountains.

• ·          Clean, disinfect and straighten coffee areas.

• ·          Straighten all paper magazines.

• ·          Remove spots on entry doors, if glass, clean it both sides.

Weekly

• ·          Checking for any cobwebs in the corners, on top and bottom.

• ·          Wipe down chairs.

• ·          Spot clean walls to remove marks and spills.

GENERAL OFFICE AREA

Daily

• ·          Empty trash receptacles, remove trash to a disposal area; replace liners

• o         and spot clean receptacles as needed.

• ·          Vacuum high traffic areas of carpeting.

• ·          Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors.

• ·          Clean and polish sinks and drinking fountains.

• ·          Clean, disinfect and straighten coffee areas.

• ·          Spot clean interior glass.

Weekly

• ·          Vacuum hard to reach areas of carpeting

• ·          Remove dust from all partitions and sills.

• ·          Check and remove all cobwebs.

• ·          Dusting air vents.

Monthly

• ·          Dusting all blinds.

• ·          Removing spots from walls.

BREAK ROOM / KITCHEN / CAFETERIA

Daily

• ·          Empty and wipe trash receptacles, remove trash to a disposal area.

• ·          Vacuum carpeted floor mats.

• ·          Sweep and damp mop hard surface floors.

• ·          Clean and polish sinks and drinking fountains.

• ·          Clean, disinfect and straighten coffee areas and clean coffee pots.

• ·          Clean and disinfect kitchen tables and counter tops.

• ·          Wipe off front of vending machines to remove marks and spills.

Weekly

• ·          Clean microwave ovens, inside and out.

• ·          Wipe down chairs.

• ·          Dust top of refrigerator.

• ·          Dust air vents.

BATHROOMS

Daily

• ·          Clean and sanitize toilet bowls and urinals.

• ·          Scour and sanitize washbasin and polish fixtures.

• ·          Clean and sanitize counter tops.

• ·          Clean mirrors.

• ·          Empty and sanitize trash receptacles and sanitary napkin containers,

• o         remove trash to a collection point.

• ·          Sweep floors and wet mop with a germicidal disinfectant.

• ·          Dust vents and horizontal surfaces.

• ·          Spot clean walls, partitions, doors, light switches and cabinets.

• ·          Restock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary

Napkins.

Weekly

• ·          Remove all cobwebs.

• ·          Dust baseboards.

• ·          Wash partition walls.

• ·          Dust air vents.
